The aim is to make business-relevant topics accessible to people who do not have an affinity for business topics.

The third edition of the B&C podcast “Über:Mut – we create chances” is about the importance of science and research in our society and our economy. Hardly any other country is as askeptical toward science as Austria. What is the reason for this? What does the everyday work of researchers look like and how do they think? And how do results from reasearch get to market and into our lives? Isabella Richtar spoke with two top Austrian scientists: Reingard Grabherr, Professor of Molecular Biotechnology at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, and Gunda Köllensperger, Professor of Chemistry at the University of Vienna. Both have been awarded the Houska Prize, the largest privately-awareded prize for applied research in Austria, by the B&C Private Foundation for their outstanding research achievements.
