Houska Prize
Jury and Advisory Committee

Two-step selection process

The three categories, Higher Education Research, Research & Development in SMEs, and Non-University Research, are evaluated independently of one another. Submissions are first evaluated by ab advisory panel composed of carefully selected experts and subsequently reviewed by a judging panel of internationally recognised specialists.

The advisory panel may involve external experts to support the evaluation of submissions and to ensure methodological robustness. It proposes an initial ranking, which is submitted to the judging panel, who than makes the final decisions. The judging panel maked the final decisions and selects three finalists in each category.
