Semperit AG Holding is a stock-listed and internationally oriented group of companies, developing, producing and distributing highly-specialized rubber products for industrial applications. The Semperit Group story began all the way back in 1824. In 2022, 6,528 people were employed within the group, with 16 production sites all over the world.

The group is organized into three divisions: The Division Industrial Applications offers hydraulic and industrial hoses as well as window and door profiles. The Division Engineered Applications includes among others escalator handrails, conveyor belts, cable car rings, ski foils as well as the elastomer and plastic applications of the RICO Group. The Division Surgical Operations represents the surgical glove production in Austria and Hungary, which continues to be operated as contract manufacturing business by Semperit, after the sale of the medical business Sempermed to HARPS Global in 2023.
